Glass replacement · Homes, properties & businesses
Foggy glass? Keep the window.
We replace fogged, failed and cracked glass right in the frame you already have. One bad window at home or a building full of them, the fix is the same: new glass, no tear-out.
01 Why glass fogs
The seal failed. The frame didn’t.
Most foggy windows don’t need replacing. They need new glass.
A double-pane window is two sheets of glass sealed around a pocket of air. That sealed unit is called an IGU.
When the edge seal gives out, moist air gets in and fogs the glass from the inside, where no cloth can reach. A crack is a different problem with the same fix.
We swap the glass unit and set the new one back into the existing frame. The trim, the paint and the window all stay.
How it works
01 Text a photo: Snap the window and send it to 425-312-3249.
02 We measure: Exact dimensions for a unit that fits the frame.
03 We install: Old glass out, new unit in. The frame stays.
